At SABON, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of our luxury body care and home fragrances. If you are not completely happy, you may return your unopened and unused products within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Reach out to our customer service team via email or our online portal to initiate your return request and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Safely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all glass jars and delicate bottles are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes or markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
