What is the shelf life of SABON products?
Most of our products have a shelf life of 12 months after opening. Please refer to the 'period after opening' symbol (an open jar icon) on the product packaging for specific details.
Are SABON products tested on animals?
No, SABON is committed to cruelty-free beauty. We do not conduct animal testing on any of our products or ingredients, nor do we ask others to do so on our behalf.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return label.

Are your Body Scrubs safe for sensitive skin?
Our Body Scrubs are made with natural Dead Sea salts and botanical oils. While they are gentle, we recommend performing a patch test first or choosing our 'Delicate Jasmine' scent which is formulated for a milder experience.
